Returns (within 7 days)
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags should be intact
- Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Wrong Item
Received something damaged or not what you ordered?
Let us know immediately after delivery and we’ll make it right.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Need a different size or product?
- If the item is not faulty, we do not offer refunds
- Instead, we’ll issue a store credit (credit note)
- This can be used anytime within 1 year from the date of issue
This way, you can pick something you truly love ✨
Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
Refunds (for approved cases)
If your return is approved (in case of damage/defect):
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take up to 10 business days
- Banks may take a little longer to reflect it
